Ante/Post Natal Fitness
Staying active during pregnancy and after labor has many benefits. The body will be in better shape for delivery it will aid in quicker post-delivery recovery. I am a qualified ante/postnatal instructor and will design a safe and effective exercise program tailored to your needs.
