Ante/Post Natal Fitness
Staying active during pregnancy and after labor has many benefits. The body will be in better shape for delivery it will aid in quicker post-delivery recovery. I am a qualified ante/postnatal instructor and will design a safe and effective exercise program tailored to your needs.
In this 4-week course, Personal Trainer Rosie guides you through a full-body fitness program. Using time-saving sequences to build foundational strength, develop greater cardio fitness, and feel more energised.
