Welcome to the start of your fitness journey! This 4 - week foundation program will improve your strength and cardio fitness and prepare your body to safely tackle the next level up. The program includes follow-along HITT circuit training, weekly Power-Up workouts, Recovery sessions and Cardio. Equipment required: Timer, yoga mat, music, 1-2kg Dumbells (alternatively, can use water bottle, soup cans or small bags of rice 🙂)
